Two siblings sit next to a fire pit outside of their childhood home. They've spent their whole life here as they try to figure out whether or not a house can hold anger or if God loves them through the fireflies in their backyard. Tobias and Emma, Toby and Em to each other, try to keep themselves warm and keep the fire going so they can answer one question: what happens to a boy made of wheat and a girl made of flowers when winter tries to separate them?

Fireflies Taught Us Pyromania premiered in a fifteen minute format on February 14th, 2025 at the Secret Theater. It was directed by Mary Morgan Collier. The cast was as follows:
